JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced, English-speaking Customer Support support employee to join our growing team

ETSY experience is required, all applicants. with no etsy experience will be marked as spam and given a low application rating.
This role is primarily focused on Etsy customer support management, with additional responsibilities across other support channels.

Responsibilities

Managing and responding to Etsy customer messages

Providing phone support

Handling Amazon customer messaging

Managing website live chat

Responding to customer emails

You will be working alongside a skilled support team that has been with the business for over 3 years. Due to increased daily support volume, we are expanding the team.

We sell customized products, so each customer interaction must be handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

Requirements
Etsy experience and preferable in custom/personalized items

Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Proven experience in online customer support

Experience managing high-volume customer inquiries

Detail-oriented and customer-focused

Not suitable for fresh graduates or applicants with limited support experience
