I’m building a high-quality short-form content agency and am looking for a skilled video editor for ongoing, recurring work.
You will be provided with raw footage.
Your role is to turn it into engaging, retention-focused short-form videos.
Responsibilities
Edit 20–45 second short-form videos
Create clean, dynamic cuts
Add smooth transitions where appropriate
Add clear, engaging captions/subtitles
Deliver content optimized for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
No heavy motion graphics required. Clean, modern edits only.
Requirements
Proven experience editing short-form content
Strong understanding of short-form platforms and pacing
Ability to follow feedback and brand guidelines
Reliable communication and fast turnaround
Portfolio or samples required
Compensation
$25 per video to start
9–12 videos per month per client
Long-term, recurring work available
