Design plays a critical role in how we communicate ideas, pitch clients, and launch ventures — and we’re looking for a designer who can move just as fast.

The Role
We’re hiring a Canva & Figma Designer to support our founders, consultants, and product teams across client proposals, pitch decks, brand assets, and product designs. This role is ideal for someone who’s visually sharp, highly organised, and comfortable switching between marketing, brand, and product design work.

What You’ll Do
-Design and refine client pitch decks, proposals, and presentations (Canva)
-Create branded assets for social media, marketing, and events
-Support product and UX/UI design in Figma (wireframes, flows, simple prototypes)
-Maintain and apply brand guidelines across multiple ventures
-Collaborate closely with founders, PMs, and engineers
-Quickly iterate based on feedback and tight timelines
-Organise design systems, templates, and asset libraries

About You
-Strong experience with Canva and Figma (both required)
-Portfolio showcasing pitch decks, branding, and/or product design work
-Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
-Able to work fast without sacrificing quality
-Comfortable in a startup or agency-style environment
-Clear communicator and open to feedback

Bonus points if you have:
-Experience designing for startups, VCs, or consultancies
-Motion design or simple video editing skills
-Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B products
