Video Editor – Podcast & Short-Form Content

She’s Making Millions is a fast-growing media brand transforming women into confident, wealthy business owners. Our podcast is at the core of our content ecosystem — and we are scaling output aggressively in 2025.
We are looking for a fast, reliable, and creatively sharp Video Editor who specialises in podcast long-form editing and viral short-form cuts.
You will not be choosing the clips or titles, your job is to execute with speed and top-tier quality.

Role Purpose
Deliver 2 podcast episodes per week + 4–8 short-form vertical clips per episode with a 72-hour total turnaround from handoff ? final delivery.

Responsibilities
Long-Form Editing
Edit 50–60 min podcast episodes for YouTube
Sync multi-cam footage + audio
Add colour correction, audio mixing, branded graphics
Remove mistakes, filler words, long pauses
Export and upload to YouTube with correct formatting

Short-Form Editing
Edit 4–8 viral clips per episode for IG/TikTok/YouTube Shorts
Work with clips generated via Vizard AI and refine them to platform-ready quality
Reframe horizontal ? vertical
Add stylised captions & headline bars
Add quick cuts to maintain attention
Systems & Team Collaboration
Work inside our structured production pipeline
Collaborate with Producer + Head of Strategy
Communicate proactively about deadlines
Maintain organised file management + templates

Skills & Experience Required
2+ years video editing experience (podcasts preferred)
Strong ability with Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro
Fast editing style — pacing matters
Strong English comprehension for accurate captions
Comfortable working with creative direction + templates
Motion graphics skills (lower thirds, animations)
Portfolio showing story-driven editing & hook focus

$1150 AUD/month
(depending on experience + speed + quality)
