We are a fast-paced digital performance marketing agency scaling aggressively on Meta
This is primarily an execution role. You will be the "engine room" of our agency, ensuring that hundreds of ads are launched correctly, on time, and without errors every single day.
#1 REQUIREMENT: have at least 6 months experience working at a Marketing Agency. If you do not have experience with that, do NOT apply
Key Responsibilities:
High-Volume Ad Launching: Manually upload and publish hundreds of image and video ads per day into Meta Ads Manager.
Campaign Management: Ensure all campaigns, ad sets, and ads are structured correctly according to our internal naming conventions.
Compliance Monitoring: Monitor ad accounts for rejected ads and appeal them or flag them to the creative team immediately.
Daily Reporting: Update internal tracking sheets to confirm which batches of creatives have been launched.
MUST HAVES:
- minimum 6 month experience working at a digital marketing agency
-Basic knowledge of the Meta Ads Manager (you know where to click to create a campaign, ad set, and ad).
-Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and can find ways to work faster without sacrificing quality.
Nice to Haves (Bonus):
-Experience with Meta Ads Bulk Import/Export tools.
-Basic understanding of marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC).
-Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role.
