JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing, 7-figure eCommerce brand in the pet niche, operating both as a direct-to-consumer and subscription-based business. We’re looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist who understands how professional Shopify brands operate and can handle support at a high standard.

This role is only for candidates with real experience in eCommerce customer support.
If you do not have experience with Shopify and Commslayer, please do not apply.

Requirements (Mandatory):
• Proven experience using Shopify
• Proven experience using Commslayer
• Previous experience working with an eCommerce brand
• Strong written English and communication skills
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable joining weekly tea ---------- etings

Bonus if you have:
• Experience working with subscription-based brands
• Experience handling recurring billing, cancellations, and subscription changes

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer support tickets within 24 hours
• Handle refunds, replacements, and general inquiries
• Look up and update orders in Shopify
• Communicate with suppliers and fulfillment partners when needed
• Maintain a professional and friendly brand tone
• Actively communicate with the team and follow SOPs

Compensation & Schedule:
• $4/hour
• 28 hours per week
• Performance-based bonuses for meeting KPIs
• Long-term position with growth potential
