The Mission
You are the front-line operational strategist who understands how lead times, vendor reliability, and inventory turnover directly impact the bottom line of Anything Supplies and SALS3. This role is the nerve center of our operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that every product we source is procured efficiently, shipped profitably, and guarded with the highest level of confidentiality. You aren't just managing the money; you are optimizing the engine that makes it.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain & Logistics Management
End-to-End Oversight: Manage the flow of goods from the manufacturer’s floor to our customers' doors, ensuring minimal friction and maximum speed.
Logistics Optimization: Negotiate with freight forwarders and 3PL providers to reduce transit times and shipping costs.
Inventory Integrity: Monitor stock levels across various nodes to prevent overstocking or stockouts, ensuring capital is used efficiently.
2. Commercial Accounting & Margin Strategy
Advanced Costing: Develop "True Landed Cost" models that account for unit price, manufacturing taxes, international freight, port fees, and last-mile delivery.
Profit Architecture: Propose and enforce tiered profit margins for the sales team, ensuring our B2B quotes remain competitive while hitting our internal ROI targets.
Financial Reconciliation: Verify all vendor invoices against purchase orders and shipping manifests to eliminate overcharges.
3. Strategic Sourcing & Brand Protection
Confidentiality Protocols: Serve as the primary "Gatekeeper" of our manufacturing network. You will ensure that our sourcing origins and factory identities remain strictly confidential from third parties and competitors.
Vendor Performance Tracking: Develop a scorecard for our sourcing partners based on quality, lead-time accuracy, and pricing stability.
Internal Liaison: Work closely with the Sales Team to provide real-time updates on product availability and pricing shifts.
Required Qualifications
Professional Background: 5+ years of experience in a dual role involving Cost Accounting and Supply Chain Operations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management. A CPA license or a Supply Chain Certification (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is highly preferred.
E-commerce & B2B Fluency: Proven experience with global sourcing (Asia to Global markets) and an understanding of both high-volume wholesale and high-speed dropshipping (Shopify/GHL ecosystems).
The "Practitioner" Skillset: You must understand Incoterms 2020, customs clearance procedures, and international trade compliance.
Advanced Data Analytics: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is a must. You should be able to build automated calculators that the sales team can use for instant quoting.
Core Competencies
Operational Discretion: You understand that our "Sourcing Secrets" are our biggest asset. You are meticulous about protecting trade secrets.
Analytical Agility: You can pivot quickly when shipping rates spike or a supplier changes their terms, providing the business with immediate solutions.
Commercial Mindset: You don't just see numbers; you see opportunities to increase the "spread" between cost and price.
