Sales & Marketing Manager (Accounting Background a Plus)
Role overview
The Sales and Marketing Manager drives revenue growth by aligning sales execution with marketing strategy, owning campaign performance, pipeline health, and customer acquisition/retention.

What you’ll do
Build and execute go-to-market plans, messaging, and demand-generation campaigns across channels (email, partners, events, paid, outbound).

Own the sales pipeline: lead management, qualification, proposals, close plans, and forecasting.

Track performance in CRM and dashboards; report weekly on KPIs (MQL?SQL conversion, CAC, win rate, cycle time, ARR/revenue).

Collaborate with leadership, operations, and service delivery to improve offers, pricing, and customer experience.

Qualifications
3+ years in sales, marketing, or revenue operations (B2B preferred).

Proven experience hitting sales targets and running measurable marketing campaigns.

Strong CRM discipline (GHL or similar), reporting, and process building.

Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management.

Preferred (Accounting background)
Experience in accounting/bookkeeping/payroll, or selling to accounting firms/finance leaders.

Comfort discussing financial concepts (P&L, budgeting, margins) and tying marketing spend to ROI.

Familiarity with tools commonly used in accounting firms (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Gusto, ---------- ) is a plus.

The position require US business hours and Timeproof. No exceptions.
