I am hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help build print-ready books (journals, logs, trackers, organizers) for Amazon KDP.

This role is NOT writing books and NOT using AI.
It is about clean formatting, following instructions, and consistency.

This is a low-stress, checklist-based, long-term role.

? RESPONSIBILITIES

Create print-ready book interiors using Canva

Follow strict Amazon KDP margin and formatting rules

Create US Letter and A4 interior PDFs

Create simple paperback covers (when assigned)

Export PDF Print files

Organize files clearly and submit on time

? No AI writing (ChatGPT, Magic Write, etc.)

? No book writing or long text creation

? No publishing or access to Amazon KDP

? No guessing, no “creative freedom” beyond instructions

This is an execution role, not a creative writing role.
