Part-Time Media Buying VA (TikTok Ads + Google Sheets)

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns.

This is not a creative role.
This is an execution + numbers + discipline role.

Your job is to:

Launch ad campaigns at specific times

Increase budgets during the day

Turn off campaigns when targets are reached

Track profits in Google Sheets

If you are organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable working with numbers, this is a perfect role for you.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Each day you will:

Launch Ad Campaigns

Launch campaigns either early morning or at midnight (we provide exact instructions)

Monitor & Adjust Budgets

Increase budgets 1–2 times per day based on performance

Follow clear rules for scaling and stopping campaigns

Shut Down Campaigns

Turn off ads when daily profit targets are reached

Or when the day ends

Daily Reporting

Take screenshots of ad results

Enter data into a Google Sheets profit & loss tracker
(ad spend, revenue, profit, ROAS, etc.)

This usually takes 1–3 hours per day.
