Overview
We are looking for a performance-focused designer to support our email marketing and paid social (Meta) efforts. This role is responsible for designing high-converting email creative and Meta ad assets that align with brand guidelines while driving measurable results.

This is not a general brand design role. Experience in ecommerce performance design is required.

Core Responsibilities

Email
Design

Design marketing emails for campaigns and flows (launches, promotions, announcements)

Create layouts optimized for conversion and readability, not just aesthetics

Ensure designs render cleanly across desktop and mobile

Collaborate with marketing to iterate on creative based on performance

Meta Ads Creative

Design static and light-motion ad creative for Meta (Instagram & Facebook)

Produce variations of winning concepts (hooks, formats, crops, text hierarchy)

Create GIFs and video for Meta Ads.

Design with testing in mind (clear versions for A/B testing)

Maintain consistency with brand voice and visual identity

Creative Iteration & Organization

Quickly turn feedback into revised creative

Maintain organized working files and export systems

Version creative clearly (naming, dates, formats)

Track what creative supports which campaign or flow

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience designing for ecommerce, specifically:


Email
marketing design

Paid social (Meta) ad creative

Strong understanding of conversion-focused design

Ability to design within established brand systems

High attention to detail and speed of execution

Comfortable working with feedback and iteration cycles

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)

Applicants must provide a portfolio that includes:


Email
marketing designs (campaigns or flows)

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creative

Examples showing performance-oriented layouts (not just branding)

Applications without a relevant portfolio will not be considered.

Tools

Figma (required)

Adobe Creative Suite (nice to have)

Experience designing for Klaviyo emails is a plus
