Strategic Executive Partner

We are hiring an exceptional Strategic Executive Partner to work directly with a
Principal leading high-impact land development and entitlement projects in Silicon
Valley.
This is not a traditional EA role. You will operate as a core partner inside a real
estate development platform transforming land into multi-unit residential
communities—from large townhome projects to boutique luxury subdivisions.

What You’ll Do
• Coordinate high-stakes scheduling with city planning departments,
engineers, consultants, and investment partners
• Draft executive-level correspondence reflecting a premier Silicon Valley
firm
• Track complex entitlement and approval timelines (zoning, site plans,
city submittals)
• Conduct targeted research on California housing laws (SB 9, SB 330)
and local zoning codes
• Prepare concise meeting briefs, anticipate priorities, and manage
sensitive project data

Who You Are
• Exceptionally sharp and able to quickly grasp land use, zoning, and real
estate investment concepts
• Fluent in English at a near-native or native level
• Fully committed to Silicon Valley business hours (PST)
• Highly proficient in Google Workspace, CRMs, and project management
tools
• Experienced supporting senior executives in Real Estate, Finance, or
Law (strongly preferred)Why This Role
