JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring a highly experienced BDR to help drive outbound sales for MAP Consulting, a well-established U.S. management consulting firm that works directly with CEOs and executive teams.

This is not an entry-level role. If you’ve only sent templated emails or followed rigid scripts, this role is not for you.

We’re looking for someone who:

Writes excellent English

Understands outbound sales at a strategic level

Can execute and continuously improve outreach

Is comfortable talking to senior leaders (CEOs, founders, executives)

???? What You’ll Be Responsible For

You will own and execute outbound sales outreach across multiple channels, including:

Cold email outreach

Writing, personalizing, and iterating email copy

Managing sequences and follow-ups

LinkedIn outreach

Connection requests, messaging, follow-ups

Personalization based on role, company, and trigger signals

Cold calling

Calling warm and cold prospects

Confidently handling basic objections

Booking qualified meetings

CRM & pipeline management (HubSpot)

Logging activity correctly

Maintaining clean, accurate records

Tracking outreach and results

Sales automation & tooling

Working inside at least one outbound automation platform

Helping improve workflows and processes over time

Continuous improvement

Testing subject lines, messaging angles, CTAs

Sharing insights on what’s working and what isn’t

Making recommendations—not waiting for instructions

You will not be micromanaged. You will be expected to think, execute, and improve.

???? Required Experience (Read Carefully)

You must have ALL of the following:

Excellent spoken and written English

Clear, professional, and confident

You will communicate directly with U.S.-based executives

2+ years of experience as a BDR / SDR

Outbound-focused roles only

Proven experience with:

Cold email outreach

LinkedIn outreach

Cold calling

Hands-on experience with HubSpot

CRM usage is mandatory

Experience using at least one sales automation platform

Examples: Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, Smartlead, etc.

Comfort using ChatGPT

Writing emails

Improving messaging

Brainstorming angles and personalization

Ability to follow instructions AND work independently

You execute clearly defined tasks

You also think critically and suggest improvements

? Bonus (Not Required, But Strongly Preferred)

Experience using Clay (or similar data enrichment tools)

Experience selling to:

Founders

CEOs

Senior executives

Experience with U.S.-based B2B companies

Consulting, SaaS, or high-ticket B2B sales experience

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Hours: Full-time preferred (part-time may be considered for the right person)

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
