Video Editor for Ads (Full-Time, Long-Term Work)

I'm looking for ONE full-time VA to help edit short videos that run as ads for live comedy shows.
This is a long-term role. You’ll start with simple video editing work, and over time, I’ll train you to do more - including basic Meta ad setup and reporting.
You don’t need to be creative or strategic. You just need to be fast, reliable, and able to follow instructions perfectly.

Starting Tasks (Day 1):
• Edit short 30–60 sec videos from raw stand-up clips
• Add provided outros and calls to action
• Export in ad-ready format
• Upload + organize clips
• Create simple posters using Canva templates

Later (Once You’ve Proven Accuracy):
• Set up ad campaigns using templates (Meta Ads Manager)
• Update campaign data in Google Sheets
• Help manage repeatable tasks in reporting + delivery
I’ll train you step-by-step on everything.

What You Need
• Reliable internet + laptop
• Basic video editing experience (CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, etc.)
• Canva or similar graphic tool skills
• Attention to detail (I care more about accuracy than creativity)
• Fluent in written English
• Able to join occasional calls (especially during training or if we work long-term)
• Full-time availability (40 hrs/week)
• Coachable and consistent
