Social Media Video Editor (Remote, Short-Form Content)

We are currently hiring for the position of a "Social Media Video Editor/ Cutter"

Background Story:
We are a social media management firm specialising in the consultation of female influencers.
We employ more than 100 Social Media VAs, which are posting for us and our creators on social media on a daily basis.
Our creators produce short-form content for IG and TikTok.
For that we are currently hiring new short-form content Video Editors.


What the job consists of:
- full-time job, 40 hours per week roughly
- organising and editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok)
- sorting through newly uploaded raw content, downloading and editing it according to a template

What do we expect from the candidate:
- a certain level of previous experience is necessary
- fast internet connection
- computer with a Mac Operating System is a MUST for this job
- solid english, but doesn't need to be C1/C2
- reliability and the will to really do this job on a daily basis

What do you get:
- the starting salary will be 500$ fix per month, with a monthly increase of 100$ for the next 3 months and the option of further - increase in the future, if we're happy with your work
- pretty easy going work environment, can work from anywhere you want
- no fixed hours, some days a few hours more, some days a few hours less, depending on how much is going on and how fast you're working
