We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Media Buyer to manage and scale profitable Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
This role is not for beginners.
We are looking for someone who already scaled e-commerce accounts, understands profitability, and thinks in ROAS, MER, CAC and LTV.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Meta Ads & Google Ads
Build, manage and scale Meta
Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
Structure accounts for scalability & profitability
Launch, test and iterate creatives, audiences & offers
Performance & Scaling
Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, MER & profit
Scale budgets while maintaining profitability
Analyze data and make clear, data-driven decisions
Kill underperforming ads fast, scale winners harder
Tracking & Strategy
Ensure proper tracking setup (Pixel, CAPI, GA4)
Work with creative & content teams
Propose growth strategies beyond ads (funnels, offers, angles)
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Minimum 3 years of e-commerce media buying experience
Proven experience on Meta Ads AND Google Ads
Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, MER & profitability
Experience managing real ad spend (not $10/day accounts)
Ability to analyze data and act fast
Autonomous, disciplined, result-oriented
Fluent in English

Experience with fashion / lifestyle / DTC brands
Knowledge of CRO & funnel optimization
Experience with TikTok Ads (bonus)
