About the Role
We’re hiring an Operations Associate to keep our BDR (Business Development Representative) teams and client accounts running efficiently from day one. You’ll play a critical role in onboarding both clients and BDRs, setting up tools and systems, and ensuring every outbound campaign is fully prepared for launch.
This role combines client-facing coordination with hands-on backend operations. It’s ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident managing processes, systems, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end BDR onboarding, including account setup and access across tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, -HubSpot, Coda, Nooks, and other platforms
- Manage client onboarding by configuring inboxes, Calendly links, HubSpot records, AI tools, and campaign assets
- Guide clients through each onboarding step and ensure all requirements are completed prior to launch
- Verify that calling and
- Support the List Building team by preparing clean, dial-ready lead lists when needed
-Manage BDR and client assignments, ensuring the right reps are aligned with the right accounts
- Maintain and continuously improve operational processes, troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Collaborate closely with Client Success and BDR Team Leads to roll out new tools, workflows, and process updates
- Continuously build skills in automation, AI tools, and sales operations best practices

Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time
- Must be available during U.S. business hours
