Web Developer (WordPress & Full Stack)

About the Role
You will take full ownership of our digital ecosystem, multiple business websites that together
form the online backbone of the company. We currently manage four live sites, scaling to
eight, and you will sit at the center of all development, maintenance, and platform evolution.
All properties run on WordPress, with additional development in React and Next.js, and a
unified hosting environment on Hostinger. Your role blends architectural vision with hands-on
execution: defining platform direction, building and maintaining front- and back-end systems,
managing deployments, and ensuring technical consistency across diverse industries and
audiences.

Key Responsibilities
1. Architecture & Development
? Full-Stack Build: Work with Marketing to architect, build, and manage all company
websites using WordPress, React, and Next.js.
? Tech Unification: Propose and implement a unified tech stack to improve scalability,
maintainability, and speed across all sites.
? Design Systems: Maintain cohesive design systems and reusable components across
properties to ensure brand consistency.
? Custom Experiences: Translate business goals into clear, functional web experiences
tailored to each business unit.

2. Hosting & Operations
? Hostinger Management: Oversee hosting and deployment on Hostinger, ensuring
uptime, performance, and security.
? Maintenance: Manage updates, backups, integrations, plugins, and technical workflows
with precision.
? Compliance & Security: Ensure compliance with ADA, GDPR, security best practices,
and content governance.
? CMS Organization: Maintain an organized CMS environment supported by a defined QA
process for all content.

3. Growth & Optimization
? Performance: Drive SEO initiatives, accessibility standards, and performance
optimization (Core Web Vitals).
? Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor analytics and KPIs, using data to guide platform
decisions and improvements.
? CRO & UX: Implement personalized user experiences, A/B testing, and ongoing
optimization strategies.
? Scaling: Support ongoing platform growth as new sites launch and existing ones evolve.
? Collaboration: Collaborate with leadership, IT, marketing, design, and external vendors
to execute roadmap initiatives.

Qualifications
Required Technical Skills
? WordPress at Scale: Proven experience managing WordPress at scale, including
custom builds, block editor implementations, and multisite coordination.
? Modern JS Stack: Hands-on expertise in React and Next.js for both front-end and
back-end development.
? DevOps Fundamentals: Working knowledge of hosting environments (specifically
Hostinger/hPanel), DNS management, deployment pipelines, and Git.
? Optimization: Strong understanding of SEO, accessibility (WCAG), security, and website
performance optimization.

Strategic & Soft Skills
? System Architecture: Ability to architect systems, evaluate tools, and unify frameworks
for long-term sustainability.
? Coding Standards: Clean, modular coding habits paired with strong practical UX
intuition.
? Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects across different industries
and business objectives.
