US -based real estate business. Our media posting covers:
1. Educational information, usually in longer form (hosted on Youtube, but framed within our site)
2. Regular social media posts (Insta, FB, etc) to provide information and to drive people to the educational material on our site to call us when they need us.
Most of the work is non-stressful. We shoot at home with lighting and would want someone who could:
1. Provide video editing:
a. Putting together the clips into something more professional
b. Adding additional information to make the videos more informative
2. Repurpose longer videos (#1 above) for social media sites to help people find the longer-form information.
3. Post on multiple sites as needed. We want to have three posts per week, each having a different focus.
We will also have an additional post when we bring a property to market to provide people with insights and information on that specific home.
We generally avoid time-crunch mode with all of our work, relying on forward planning and good communication to keep stress and "emergencies" in check. There will be some time sensitive posts (listings as mentioned in #3 above), but most of the time we will have content lined up for a couple of weeks ahead of time so you can manager your time and process yourself.
Applicants should:
1. Great communication skills
2. Familiarity with video editing tools and methods
3. Experience posting on multiple sites, along with an understanding of the requirements for each, and what is most successful on each.
4. Be open to special projects as needed
Once contact is made, we will have a short discussion (Zoom) to determine whether we meet each others needs. If so, we will provide some raw video for you to utilize, and we'll pay (a fixed fee) for your time to do the work.
