AI-Native Operations & Growth Manager (Ops + Social + AI)

**About the Role:**

We're looking for an AI-Native Operations & Growth Manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple responsibilities across operations, social media, and growth initiatives. This role requires someone who is deeply proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms), has strong English communication skills, and can work UK shift hours (4 PM - 11 PM UK time).

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operations Management: Handle daily operations including airbnb property management tasks, scheduling, and guest communication
• Social Media & Growth: Create and schedule engaging content using CapCut and other tools to grow our online presence
• AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across all operations
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrate creativity and critical thinking to solve complex challenges
• Communication: Maintain clear, professional English communication with tea ---------- mbers and clients

**Requirements:**

• Available to work UK shift hours (4 PM - 11 PM UK time) consistently
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms) - rating 4 or 5 out of 5
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, airbnb, ---------- , vrbo, hostfully
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• High intelligence and problem-solving ability
• Experience in operations, social media management, or growth roles preferred
