AI Native Operations Manager

We are seeking an exceptional AI Native Operations Manager to lead and optimize our business operations using cutting-edge AI tools and automation.

THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL OPERATIONS ROLE - We need someone who lives and breathes AI, constantly exploring new tools and finding creative ways to automate and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple business ventures (short-term rental management, recruitment, financial operations)
• Implement and manage AI automation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, ---------- , Zapier, etc.)
• Build and optimize workflows to eliminate manual tasks
• Manage and delegate tasks to virtual assistant team
• Handle guest communications and property management coordination
• Maintain and update operational systems (Airtable, Google Sheets, project management tools)
• Monitor business metrics and create automated reporting systems
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement AI-driven solutions
• Stay current with latest AI tools and evaluate their business applications
• Manage email inbox, follow-ups, and priority communications
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
• Strong experience with automation platforms ( ---------- , Zapier, n8n)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven experience managing operations or business processes
• Expert-level Google Sheets and data management skills
• Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
• Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in property management or hospitality is a plus
• Previous experience managing or coordinating teams
