We are an established Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) business operating in the US marketplace. We are hiring a senior Amazon Operations VA to handle daily execution, with a strong focus on product sourcing.
This is not an entry-level role. You must already understand Amazon systems and be comfortable following SOPs, documenting work, and reporting clearly.
This is a long-term, full-time position for a reliable and detail-oriented VA.
Core Responsibilities
Product sourcing (lead generation – primary responsibility)
Upload sourcing leads into live Google Sheets
Handle Amazon ungating submissions (templated)
Create and follow up on reimbursement cases
Manage returns and refunds (execution only)
Draft responses to buyer messages
Prepare A-to-Z cases for approval
Handle inauthentic complaints
Maintain accurate case logs and documentation
Note: This role does not include buying decisions, capital deployment, or prep-center PO updates.
Requirements (Mandatory)
2+ years Amazon Seller Central experience
Strong experience with Online Arbitrage
Daily working knowledge of:
Seller Central
Keepa
Sellerboard
Google Sheets
Slack
Experience with:
Ungating categories and brands
FBA operations and reimbursements
Able to work 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST (night shift in PH)
Highly detail-oriented and able to follow SOPs exactly
Reporting & Communication
Daily end-of-day Slack report (required)
Live sourcing lead uploads (shared Google Sheet)
Immediate escalation when blocked — no assumptions
Pay & Schedule
$5–8 per hour (trial week paid separately)
Full-time (40 hours/week)
