Ecommerce Virtual Assistant

Remote – Philippines

We are an established Australian ecommerce brand looking for a highly reliable and friendly Ecommerce Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone experienced in Shopify operations, customer support, and daily backend admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update orders in Shopify (editing orders, creating orders, issuing refunds).

Provide exceptional customer service via email and live chat — must be extremely polite, clear, and “super nice” when communicating with customers.

Handle customer support tickets promptly and professionally.

Communicate with our team through Slack and follow processes accurately.

Assist with basic product updates, tracking orders, and general ecommerce admin tasks.

Collaborate closely with our operations and customer service team for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Experience with Shopify (order editing, refunds, product management).

Strong English communication skills — written and spoken.

Experience in customer service and resolving customer issues calmly and kindly.

Familiarity with email platforms (Gmail, Helpdesk tools) and Slack.

Reliable internet connection and ability to work a consistent schedule.

Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.

Must be full-time: 6-8 hours per day, Monday–Friday.
