Remote dispatcher / Call Agent

We are a growing appliance repair company based in the USA and we are looking for a reliable Remote Dispatcher with strong English skills and
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to handle outbound calls professionally, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls from customers
• Make outbound calls to existing leads and customers (NO cold calling)
• Schedule service appointments
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Work with our CRM system (training provided)

Requirements:
• Very good spoken and written English
• Clear and confident phone voice
• Stable internet connection
• Quiet working environment
• Previous experience as a dispatcher, call center agent, or customer support is a big plus
