We are hiring a highly independent, execution-focused Podcast & Content Operations Manager to run a high-volume podcast and content operation across multiple brands and platforms.

This is not a junior role.
This is not a creative brainstorming position.
This is a systems-driven execution role for someone who can work independently and deliver consistently without close supervision.

You will be responsible for turning podcasts into published content at scale, following clear SOPs, using AI tools, and managing distribution across multiple brands.

Core Responsibilities:
Podcast Editing & Publishing
Edit video podcasts using Riverside
Select exactly five short clips per episode

Publish full podcast episodes to:
YouTube & Spotify
Personal LinkedIn profile
LinkedIn podcast page

Short-Form Content Creation & Distribution:
Create five master short clips per episode
Repurpose each clip across:
Instagram

Facebook

YouTube Shorts
Selectively on LinkedIn

Generate captions, hooks, and hashtags using AI tools while following strict brand guidelines

Schedule all content using GoHighLevel
Multi-Brand Content Management

Independently categorise content as:

Business / consultancy insights
Personal insights
Food / hospitality content

Publish content across:
Personal brand
AI consultancy brand
Industry podcast and networking brand

Content Calendar & Additional Posts

Maintain a minimum two-week content calendar

Create and schedule:

4–5 LinkedIn posts per week for the personal brand
2 LinkedIn posts per week for the consultancy brand, each with a clear call to action
2–3 posts per week for the industry network and podcast

Ensure all content is scheduled accurately and on time

Operations & Quality Control:
Monitor scheduled posts and resolve issues promptly
Track outputs in shared documents
Flag problems early and suggest improvements
Improve and document SOPs over time

Who This Role Is For

Strict Minimum Requirements

Experience:
Minimum two years’ experience managing podcast or long-form video content
Proven experience creating short-form video content from long-form material
Experience publishing content across multiple social platforms

Tools:
You must have hands-on experience with at least two of the following:
Riverside or similar podcast editing platforms
GoHighLevel, Hootsuite, Buffer, or equivalent scheduling tools
AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for content creation
Google Drive and Google Sheets for organisation and tracking

Skills:
Strong written English
High attention to detail
Ability to follow SOPs precisely
Comfortable managing a high weekly output

How do you ensure accuracy when posting across multiple brands and platforms?

3. Short Written Task

Include the following with your application:
Write a LinkedIn caption (150–200 words) for a podcast clip where a founder explains how systems and AI allow small teams to outperform larger competitors.

Selection Process:

Applications are reviewed once
The top five candidates will be invited to complete a paid practical task
One candidate will be selected for a long-term role

Compensation
USD $800–$900 per month
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Long-term role with performance-based bonuses
