JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Account Manager to oversee and manage our CRM system, communication channels, funnels, websites, and WhatsApp integrations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth automation, client communication, and optimized digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain GoHighLevel accounts and sub-accounts
Set up and manage phone numbers, SMS, email, and WhatsApp integrations
Build and optimize sales funnels and landing pages
Create and manage websites inside GoHighLevel
Set up workflows and automation for lead nurturing and follow-ups
Manage contact lists, pipelines, and appointment scheduling
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
Ensure all integrations (Twilio, Mailgun, WhatsApp API, etc.) are properly connected
Support team members with system training and documentation
Maintain data accuracy and system organization

Qualifications
Proven experience with GoHighLevel
Knowledge of CRM systems and automation workflows
Experience in funnel and website building
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and SMS/email integrations
Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Good communication skills in English

Preferred Skills
Graphic or page design experience
Copywriting for funnels and campaigns
API or integration knowledge
