First Creative Editor – Direct Response E-commerce

We’re a fast-growing direct-response dropshipping business in the Beauty & Health niche.
Our business lives and dies by creative performance.
We test creatives daily, scale winners aggressively, and move fast.
We’re hiring our first Creative Editor. This person will help set the creative standard and grow with the company.
This is not a branding role.
This is direct response, execution, and performance.
What You’ll Do
You will create direct-response static ads (image creatives).
You will edit e-commerce video ads and VSLs (UGC-style, advertorial, short-form).
You will execute creative briefs including hooks, angles, and references.
You will rapidly produce creatives for daily testing.
You will improve creatives based on performance feedback.
You will work closely with strategists and founders.
You will help define creative standards and workflows.
Who We’re Looking For
You have experience with direct response marketing.
You understand hooks, angles, avatars, and buyer psychology.
You know what makes ads convert, not just look good.
You can work fast without losing quality.
You take ownership seriously.
You are hungry, motivated, and reliable.
You want to grow into a creative lead or team lead role.
Tools & Skills
You have experience with image editing tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
You have experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro.
You have worked with VSLs, UGC ads, and e-commerce creatives.
You are comfortable working with feedback and iteration.
Working Rhythm
This is a full-time role.
The environment is fast-paced and performance-driven.
Clear deadlines and expectations are part of daily work.

Compensation
This is an hourly role.
The starting rate is competitive and based on experience.
