Project Manager for Digital Marketing Team (Offshore)

We are looking for a reliable and highly organized project manager to help run our offshore digital marketing team.

This role is focused on managing day to day execution, keeping tasks moving, and ensuring clear communication across the team. You will work closely with the marketing lead and manage designers, editors, and marketing support staff.

Strong communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.

What you will be doing:

• Manage all tasks and workflows inside ClickUp
• Assign and track work for designers, video editors, and marketing support
• Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed
• Coordinate between the marketing lead and offshore team
• Be highly responsive to email and messages during working hours
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records and documentation
• Support basic execution in Mailchimp, WordPress, and social media platforms
• Keep files, assets, and documentation organized
• Identify issues early and escalate when needed

You do not need to be an expert in all tools, but you must be comfortable navigating systems and learning quickly.
