We are seeking a confident, detail-oriented, and sales-driven Virtual Catering Sales Assistant to manage inquiries, qualify leads, and convert prospects into booked events for our luxury catering and private dining brands.

This role is perfect for someone who understands hospitality, customer service, and sales — and can communicate with warmth, professionalism, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Booking
• Respond to inbound catering and private dining inquiries (email, text, CRM, website forms)
• Qualify leads based on event type, budget, guest count, and timeline
• Schedule consultations with Chef Ameer or sales leadership
• Follow up with warm and cold leads consistently
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Upsell menu upgrades, staffing, and experience enhancements

Client Communication
• Maintain a luxury, professional brand tone
• Answer client questions about menus, pricing, and packages
• Send proposals, menus, and invoices
• Confirm event details and timelines
• Provide exceptional customer service

CRM & Admin
• Update CRM with lead status and notes
• Track pipelines and conversion rates
• Maintain client files and documents
• Coordinate with operations and culinary teams

Marketing Support (Bonus)
• Follow up on social media inquiries
• Track lead sources
• Assist with basic reporting

Required Skills
• Strong sales communication skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Hospitality or event sales experience preferred
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HoneyBook, HubSpot, or similar)
• Organized, professional, and reliable
• Confident handling client conversations
• Ability to work independently and meet conversion goals

Position Details
• Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
• Schedule: Full-time or Part-time
