Affiliate Marketing Manager for US Medical Brand (Base + Commission)

THE ROLE: Affiliate Growth Manager COMPANY: MAZI Medical Apparel (US-Based) COMPENSATION: $700/Month Base Salary + High Commission (5-10% of Revenue)

We are looking for a driven, data-obsessed Affiliate Manager to own our influencer and partner ecosystem. We are a premiu ---------- dical apparel brand designed to help healthcare workers assume the highest version of themselves.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF:

You have experience recruiting influencers (Instagram/TikTok) for US brands.

You are comfortable sending DMs, negotiating, and closing partnerships.

You are data-driven (you track clicks, sales, and conversions).

You want a stable base salary with UNLIMITED earning potential based on performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruit: Identify and onboard healthcare creators who align with our brand.

Manage: Be the main point of contact for affiliates, ensuring they have links and assets.

Track: Monitor sales weekly and report on performance.

Activate: Create campaigns to motivate affiliates to sell more.

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

Base Pay: $700 USD / Month (Paid Monthly).

Commission: 5% - 10% of net revenue generated by your affiliates.

Bonuses: Cash bonuses for hitting onboarding and sales milestones.

Growth: We review compensation after 90 days.
