- Provide conversational support and basic assistance to users
- Document and report frequently asked questions or recurring issues
- Follow communication scripts and internal guidelines when required

- Reliable and responsive work ethic
- Ability to perform basic data recording
- Must have access to an Android phone or desktop computer
- Previous experience in online communication or customer support is preferred
