Overview

I’m looking for an experienced workflow automation consultant to review my current systems and help streamline operations through better use of automation tools. This role will involve analyzing existing workflows, providing recommendations, and assisting with implementation.

The goal is to reduce manual work, improve lead handling and internal processes, and build scalable systems that can grow with the practice.

Scope of Work (Flexible)

Review current workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies

Provide practical recommendations for automation and process improvement

Assist with implementation of agreed-upon workflows

Configure or optimize tools such as CRM systems, forms, automations, and integrations

Test workflows and ensure they function as intended

Provide light documentation or explanation of implemented processes

Skills & Experience

Strong experience with workflow automation and process design

Familiarity with CRM systems and form tools (e.g., HubSpot, Jotform, or similar)

Ability to think strategically about systems and efficiency

Hands-on experience implementing automation (not advisory-only)

Budget & Engagement

Project cost is negotiable and will be discussed based on experience, tools used, and scope

Open to one-time projects or phased implementation depending on fit
