Video editor for Ads in Ecom

I’m currently looking for a creator/editor to support me with eCommerce ads on a project-based basis.

Here’s a quick overview of the collaboration:
• You would create Ecom ad videos
• Initial task: 1 test video
• Overall scope: up to 8 ads (depending on performance, could be even more)
• Payment: per video, with the option to move to hourly or full-time work later
• Experience level: good experience with ads / short-form content is required
• Focus: eCommerce performance ads (not organic content)

This is a paid test project. If the collaboration works well, there is potential for long-term or full-time work.
