About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled video editor to join our team long-term and become our go-to VSL (Video Sales Letter) specialist. You'll be editing direct response video ads for the men's health and relationship niche.
This is NOT a one-time project. We're building a content machine and need someone who wants to grow with us, get trained, and become an expert at creating high-converting VSLs.
Important: This role involves editing content with mature themes and frank language. You must be comfortable working on content that is edgy and "not brand safe." If this concerns you, please do not apply.

What You'll Be Doing:

Editing long-form VSLs (20-45 minutes) from scripts and voiceover audio
Editing short-form video ads and hooks (15-60 seconds)
Sourcing B-roll clips (stock footage, documentary-style clips, etc.)
Adding text overlays, callouts, and motion graphics
Adding music and sound design
Creating multiple hook variations for testing
Implementing feedback quickly and accurately


What We're Looking For:

Experience editing video (VSL or direct response experience is a big plus, but not required if you're a fast learner)
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve
Basic motion graphics skills (text animations, lower thirds, etc.)
Good eye for pacing and storytelling
Able to source quality B-roll that fits the content
Fast turnaround - we move quickly
Reliable internet connection
Hungry to learn and improve

~5 minutes of edited video per 24-48 hours (depending on complexity)
