Full-Time Marketing Admin VA (GHL + Funnels) Remote – Philippines Only

Full-time (40-45 hours/week) (no other clients)

Hey there,

I’m a solo founder running a boutique digital marketing agency that works with coaches, practitioners, and 6–8 figure businesses in health, wealth, finance, and personal development.

Right now, I’m looking for a reliable, fast-responding, full-time VA who can take a big load off my daily operations.
This is not a specialist “strategist” role. This is a support + execution role to help me move faster.

I need someone who is:
• Dedicated full-time (no other clients)
• Responsive (I do a lot of ad-hoc tasks)
• Organized
• Comfortable with basic tech, funnels, and GHL
• Willing to grow with me long-term

This role is to support me, not replace my thinking or strategy. (But of course i'm still open to creative inputs and ideas)

What You’ll Mainly Be Doing:

Marketing & Tech Support
• Basic GoHighLevel (GHL) work:
• Editing funnels and landing pages
• Creating email campaigns & broadcasts
• Scheduling emails
• Setting up simple automations and workflows
• Managing tags, contacts, and pipelines
• Helping build and edit funnels (GHL mainly, sometimes ClickFunnels)
• Simple design work:
• Landing page layouts
• Email formatting
• Canva designs (big bonus if you’re good here)

Admin & Operations
• Sending invoices
• Tracking payments
• Organizing client tasks
• Following up on pending items
• Keeping things tidy and structured
• Supporting interviews, scheduling, and article follow-ups

General Support
• Helping me move faster
• Taking tasks off my plate so I can focus on strategy and sales
• Acting as my right-hand admin + marketing support

You Are a Great Fit If:
• You are based in the Philippines
• You are available full-time (40 hrs/week) - opened to flexible ad hoc work - I try my best to respect weekends but due to my nature of work, do expect them to come out once in awhile
• You can work in Singapore time (GMT+8)
• You do not take other clients
• You reply quickly during working hours
• You are comfortable with:
• GoHighLevel (basic is enough)
• Email marketing
• Funnels / landing pages
• Canva or simple design tools
• You like structure and execution
• You don’t disappear
• You’re honest, reliable, and communicative

Bonus (not required, but nice):
• Good design sense
• Ability to suggest better layouts
• Some copywriting intuition

Compensation:
• USD $500 – $700 per month (depending on experience)
• Paid monthly via Wise or PayPal
• Full-time and exclusive
