JOB TITLE:
FULL TIME ROLE – Marketing Coordinator / Virtual Assistant (Social Media, Website & E-commerce)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our growing, purpose-driven business in Australia is seeking a highly motivated, clever and innovative Marketing Coordinator / Virtual Assistant to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves social media marketing, digital branding, and creative content, and who is excited by the opportunity to build and grow a personal-brand style website, similar in feel to Simply Emily Smith, with the elevated, curated aesthetic of Curate & Style, including look books and an e-commerce store.
We also incorporate MONAT into our brand, so an interest in beauty, wellness, haircare and lifestyle branding is essential.
Our goal is for the business to grow as a direct result of your marketing, content, and digital strategy so we can expand our reach and inspire more people.

You do not need previous formal marketing experience — what matters most is your attitude, creativity, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership. Training and guidance will be provided.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES INCLUDE:
• Managing and growing social media platforms with strategy and intention
• Creating and scheduling content aligned with current trends
• Assisting with website build, updates and ongoing management
• Helping develop look books, digital collections and e-commerce functionality
• Supporting the integration and marketing of MONAT within the brand
• Delivering results-based campaigns with KPI tracking and insights
• Contributing to the business’s Continuous Improvement philosophy
• Supporting other marketing and digital initiatives as required

REMUNERATION:
Our business rewards team members based on the value they provide. Remuneration packages will be discussed during the initial phone interview to ensure a fair value exchange based on your skills, contribution, and outcomes achieved.
