Growth, Social Media & Affiliate Manager (AI Automation Company)

We are Apexium, an AI automation and workflow marketplace focused on n8n automations and AI-powered business systems.
We are looking for a Growth, Social Media & Affiliate Manager who will handle content creation, social media posting, and affiliate outreach.
This role is critical to scaling our platform fast through creators and affiliates instead of paid ads.
What you will do:
Create short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) showing how our AI workflows work
Record simple demo videos (screen recordings, Loom-style walkthroughs)
Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere, or similar tools
Post content to Apexium social media accounts
Prepare clip packs and content for affiliates to reuse
Recruit 100–200 creators per week via DM/email outreach
Onboard affiliates and provide them with content + links
Track affiliate performance and activity
Help promote a wide range of automation products (technical + creative workflows)
You do NOT need to be a developer, but you must be willing to learn how AI automations work and explain them simply.
This role has growth bonuses based on performance.
