SIKATY is a two-sided marketplace connecting buyers and service providers (sellers). We are looking for a well-experienced Google Ads & PPC professional who understands how to grow marketplace platforms where both supply and demand must be acquired and balanced at the same time.
This role requires strong, hands-on experience in Google Ads–driven growth, with the ability to design and manage separate acquisition strategies for buyers and sellers. It is not a standard lead-generation role, but a performance-focused position centered on marketplace economics and activation.
On the seller side, you will focus on attracting qualified sellers, optimising sign-ups, and driving activation events such as gig creation.
On the buyer side, you will capture high-intent search traffic, optimise registration flows, and improve first-transaction conversion.
You will be responsible for:
• Structuring and managing Google Ads accounts (Search, Display, remarketing)
• Advanced keyword research, segmentation, and match-type strategy
• Bid strategy management (tCPA, tROAS, and controlled manual testing)
• Full conversion tracking and attribution using GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Continuous funnel optimisation from click to activation and transaction
• Performance analysis focused on cost per activated seller, cost per buyer, and first completed orders
This role suits a well-experienced PPC specialist who can work autonomously, think strategically, and make data-driven decisions in an early-stage marketplace environment. Experience with marketplaces or two-sided platforms is essential.
