Automator CSR – GHL Expert & Client Success Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring three exceptional, senior-level professionals who live and breathe GoHighLevel and consistently deliver outstanding client outcomes. We’re looking for true unicorns, experts who combine deep technical mastery with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.

This is a fully remote position and starts immediately upon hiring decision.. Candidates must be available to work during Phoenix, Arizona business hours (Mountain Standard Time). We understand the time difference and can offer some flexibility; however, availability during our core operating hours is required to support day-to-day business operations.

We are fast paced and looking to scale and hire the best people possible. Compensation: $900-$1800 USD per month, dependent on experience. We offer very competitive pay and are open to negotiation for the right candidate.

- Turn loose ideas into structured implementation plans
- Ask smart questions to uncover true goals and constraints
- Provide strategic direction, not just task execution
- Operate independently, solve problems quickly, and own outcomes

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Client Partnership & Delivery

- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-end clients
- Maintain smooth, consistent communication across all projects
- Translate vague or incomplete requests into actionable next steps
- Guide clients when ideas need refinement or redirection
- Lead productive calls that move projects forward

Marketing & Conversion Awareness
- Understand Western marketing expectations
- Ensure funnels, websites, and user flows make sense
- Identify friction points in messaging and structure
- Recognize what looks clean, modern, and professional

Platform, Automation & Operations
- High-end onboarding, funnel builds, automations, and AI support
- Build workflows using Zapier, n8n, or GHL automations
- Assist with Freshdesk tickets during lighter workload periods
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete projects
- Create SOPs, documentation, and reusable resources

TOOLS YOU MUST KNOW
- GoHighLevel (expert level)
- ClickUp
- Freshdesk
-Zapier or GHL Automations (n8n is a plus)
- ChatGPT and other AI tools
- Slack
- Google Workspace

REQUIREMENTS
- Strong English skills (written and spoken)
- Experience in client success, SaaS support, or marketing automation
- Available to work U.S. business hours (Mountain Time)
- Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented
