**Temporary NEMT Broker Enrollment & Compliance Coordinator**

**Remote | Short-Term Project**

**About the Role**

ICON TRANSIT LLC is seeking a **short-term, highly detail-oriented virtual coordinator** to manage **NEMT broker enrollment and compliance documentation** as part of our expansion strategy.

This is a **project-based role** focused on **executing broker applications, coordinating documentation, and securing approvals**. The engagement ends once approvals are obtained.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Complete and submit broker applications for:

* MTM
* CareCar
* RISE Academy
* ModivCare
* OneCall
* Collect, organize, and upload all required compliance documents
* Communicate with broker provider relations via email and phone
* Track application and approval status with consistent follow-ups
* Maintain a live application tracker and provide daily status updates
* Coordinate directly with the company owner for approvals and decisions

**Requirements**

* Prior experience with **NEMT, healthcare provider enrollment, or transportation compliance**
* Strong document management and organizational skills
* Professional email and phone communication skills
* Proven ability to work under **strict deadlines**
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Detail-oriented and follow-up driven (no missed steps)

**Duration**

* **15–30 days maximum**
* Project concludes immediately upon broker approval completion

**Compensation**

* **Fixed project fee or hourly rate** (to be discussed)
* Performance and speed-driven execution preferred

**Important Notes**

* This is **not a long-term VA role**
* This is a **compliance and execution assignment**
* Clear instructions, documents, and tracking tools will be provided
