Video Editor & AI Content Creator

We're building videos focused on relaxing, long-form bedtime history videos (e.g., "Life in a Viking Settlement" or "The Slow Fall of Rome"). These are 1-2 hour videos with soothing narration, AI-generated images, and simple edits to create a calming sleep aid experience. I'm handling the script creation—you'll take over from there to produce polished videos using our simple SOP.

Key Responsibilities (Following Our A-Z SOP):

#1 - Receive pre-written scripts (broken into 15-second scenes) from me via Google Drive.

#2 - Generate image prompts for each scene using our AI tools.

#3 - Produce TTS narration using OpenAI (slow, calm voice; edit for smooth flow).

#4 - Aggregate all assets (images, TTS audio) in a shared Google Drive folder.

#5 - Edit everything into a final video using CapCut or similar tools.

#6 - Export the final video (send to me for review).

This process should take 2-4 hours of focused work per 2-hour video once you're familiar—it's repetitive and AI-heavy, so efficiency is key.

Requirements:

- Experience with AI image generators (e.g., Recraft, Nano Banana, Midjourney) for consistent branding.

- Proficiency in TTS tools like OpenAI/ElevenLabs for natural-sounding audio.

- Video editing skills in CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar (basic transitions, audio syncing, ambient effects).

- Access to a stable internet and Google Drive for collaboration.

- Attention to detail for a "bedtime story" feel: Calming pacing, no jarring elements.

- Reliable, fast turnaround.

- Bonus: Familiarity with YouTube SEO (thumbnails, descriptions) or history content.

Pay & Terms:

- $25-40 per 2-hour video (fixed per project, based on experience—start at $25, increase with quality/speed). The more videos you're able to produce, the more you get paid.

- Part-time, ongoing, and potential for full-time work if quality is excellent (we have other projects for you)

- Must be available for feedback via email/Slack.
