We’re looking for a dependable Customer Support Virtual Assistant to help manage daily customer inquiries for our growing e-commerce brand.

Responsibilities:

Reply to customer emails and chat messages

Assist with order status, shipping, refunds, and basic product questions

Follow clear guidelines and templates

Escalate issues when needed

Keep customer communication friendly, professional, and clear (Imagine as if your talking to your grandma)

Requirements:

Previous experience as a VA or in customer support is preferred

Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

Able to work independently and meet daily tasks

Experience with Shopify
