Virtual Assistant - Data Tagging and AI generation

I am hiring a detail-focused virtual assistant to support an AI image library project. This role involves executing a defined process: generating images in Adobe Firefly using provided prompts, exporting them correctly, and tagging each image using a strict system.

This is not a creative role. It is execution-heavy, structured work.

Responsibilities
• Paste provided text prompts into Adobe Firefly
• Generate images according to written instructions
• Export images in the correct format and resolution
• Name files using an exact naming convention
• Apply tags using a predefined taxonomy
• Upload images to organized folders
• Flag unclear instructions instead of guessing

Requirements

Must-have
• Excellent written English
• Very strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive, rule-based work
• Able to follow step-by-step instructions exactly
• Reliable internet connection
• Willing to complete a paid test task

Nice-to-have
• Experience with AI image tools (Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.)
• Experience organizing digital files or image libraries
