SEO VA – Guest Post & Cold Email Outreach (Long-Term)

Polianna is a US-based SEO agency working with clients across multiple competitive industries. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant in the Philippines to help with guest post outreach and cold email campaigns for link building.

This is ongoing, long-term work for the right person.

Responsibilities
• Prospect websites for guest post and link placement opportunities
• Find and verify correct contact emails
• Send cold outreach emails using provided templates
• Customize outreach emails when needed
• Follow up with prospects
• Track outreach status in Google Sheets
• Communicate replies and opportunities clearly
• Maintain clean, organized records

Requirements
• Experience with SEO guest post outreach
• Experience with cold email outreach
• Good written English (does not need to be perfect)
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to follow SOPs and instructions exactly
• Reliable internet connection
• Basic understanding of backlinks and link quality
