About the Company

We are a US-based real estate investment company that specializes in identifying opportunities to acquire real estate at a discount and then selling the rights to purchase that discounted real estate to an end-buyer for a fee. Our business focuses on data-driven lead prioritization, equity analysis, and direct-to-owner outreach.

We are expanding our team and looking to hire 2 dedicated Cold Callers who are detail-oriented, reliable, have exceptional communication skills and are comfortable handling sensitive homeowner conversations. Having no accent or minimal accent is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

-Cold Calling
-Call homeowners using provided scripts (flexible for personalization while staying compliant)
-Have conversations with property owners that do not feel like sales/marketing calls
-Identify motivation, property status, potential issues and decision-makers (pre-qualification)
-Connect pre-qualified hot leads with acquisition team or schedule call back for warm leads
-Log call outcomes, notes, and follow-ups accurately on appropriate platforms
-Participate in A/B testing of scripts and strategies to optimize performance
-Collaborate with the team to provide feedback on script effectiveness
-Will undergo quality assurance each of the call

SOP & Training

-Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for calls and lead handling
-Learn and utilize training materials provided for onboarding and ongoing skill improvement
-Implement guidance and feedback from supervisors to continuously improve call quality


Qualifications

Required
* Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
* Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
* 2–3 years of sales cold calling experience
* Detail-oriented with excellent note-taking skills
* Comfortable having honest and natural feeling conversations with strangers and asking about sensitive personal subjects
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
* Willing to work US CST hours


Training & Support

* Call scripts provided
* SOPs and training materials for onboarding and continued skill development
* Ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback


Performance Metrics

* Call volume, contacts, and leads generated will be tracked
* A/B testing of scripts will be used to determine most effective strategies
* High-performing cold callers may receive performance-based incentives
