We are hiring people who can handle one or more of the following:

???? Video Editing for Construction Content
• Edit short-form videos (Reels / TikTok / Shorts)
• Before & after projects, job site progress, cinematic edits
• Clean, professional, high-end look

???? AI Video Creation
• Create AI-generated videos for construction companies
• Timelapse builds, concept visuals, promotional AI content
• Experience with AI tools is a big plus

???? Instagram Management for Construction Companies
• Managing Instagram accounts end-to-end
• Posting Reels, Stories, and photos
• Engagement (likes, comments, outreach)
• Understanding the Instagram algorithm
• Growing exposure and leads for construction brands

? Requirements:
• Experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
• Understanding of social media trends (especially Instagram)
• Creativity + attention to detail
• Ability to work with construction-related content
• English communication (written)
• Reliable, consistent, and professional

? Bonus (Not Required but a Plus):
• Experience with AI video tools
• Previous work with construction, real estate, or luxury brands
• Portfolio or Instagram pages you’ve managed
