Senior Product Lister – Google Shopping (Shopify)

We are looking for a Senior Product Lister who can also act as a Google Shopping Advisor to help us improve and grow our e-commerce stores.

This role is primarily focused on product listing, but also includes a daily advisory component.
We are not looking for beginners, trainees, or general VAs.

Strong, proven experience with Google dropshipping is mandatory.

What you will do
• Create, optimize, and manage Google Shopping / Google Merchant Center listings
• Upload and manage products in Shopify
• Work across 2 active online stores
• Handle approximately 20 product listings per day
• Ensure listings are Google-compliant, structured, and optimized
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve GMC disapprovals and feed issues

Advisory role (±1 hour per day)
• Perform market and competitor research
• Analyze competitor strategies and listings
• Review products, pricing, and store structure
• Give concrete advice on how we can improve performance and scale
• Proactively suggest optimizations for growth via Google Shopping

STRICT REQUIREMENTS
• Strong, proven experience with Google dropshipping
• Solid experience with Google Merchant Center & Google Shopping
• Strong Shopify product listing experience
• Experience working with multi-store environments
• Able to execute and advise (not just follow tasks)
• Proven experience fixing GMC disapprovals, feed errors, and compliance issues
• Able to work independently and structured
• Proof or verifiable references required

Beginners, trainees, and basic Shopify VAs will not be considered.
