We support patients using GLP-1 medications (like semaglutide and tirzepatide) alongside personalized nutrition, coaching, and real human support. Our brand is warm, empathetic, science-based, and deeply human.

This role supports Dr. Kelly, one of our co-founders and physicians, by engaging thoughtfully in online communities where people are actively asking questions about GLP-1s, weight loss, and health.

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, socially savvy, excellent English communicator to help us:
Monitor private Facebook groups and social communities
Identify relevant conversations where people are asking GLP-1 or weight-loss-related questions
Add thoughtful, helpful, non-salesy comments written in Dr. Kelly’s voice
Help maintain and grow Dr. Kelly’s presence on Instagram and Threads

This is not a spammy commenting role.
This is high-quality community participation that builds trust over time.

Key Responsibilities
Community Monitoring & Engagement
Join and monitor approved Facebook groups and online communities

Identify posts where people are:
Asking about GLP-1 medications
Struggling with side effects
Feeling confused, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start
Write empathetic, helpful comments that:
Answer general questions
Normalize concerns
Provide reassurance
Never diagnose or give medical advice
Follow group rules strictly and protect the brand at all times
Instagram & Threads Support

Draft short posts for:
Instagram feed
Threads

Repurpose:
Common questions from communities
Comment themes into post ideas
Post content using provided guidance and approvals
Engage lightly with comments and replies when appropriate
AI & Tools

Use ChatGPT to:
Draft responses
Improve clarity and tone
Adapt messaging to different contexts
Follow pre-written prompts and frameworks consistently

Tracking & Communication
Log:
Where comments were made
What topics are trending
Any high-intent or sensitive conversations

Flag anything that:
Feels legally sensitive
Involves medical complexity
Requires escalation

Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent written English (clear, warm, natural—near-native level)
Strong understanding of:

Facebook
Groups
Instagram
Threads

Experience with online community engagement or social media support
Comfortable using ChatGPT or other AI tools
Able to follow detailed instructions and brand guidelines
Strong judgment and professionalism
Fast learner who can absorb tone, boundaries, and compliance rules
Reliable internet and consistent availability

Nice-to-Have (Not Required, But a Plus)
Experience in:
Healthcare, wellness, or fitness brands
Moderation or community management

Familiarity with:
GLP-1 medications or weight-loss content
U.S. audiences (especially women, moms, 30–60)
Basic content writing or caption writing experience

Important Boundaries
This role does NOT:
Provide medical advice
Diagnose conditions
Promise results
Argue with people online
Post sales pitches or links unless explicitly approved
Everything is about support, clarity, and trust.

Hours & Compensation
Part-time: ~20–30 hours per week to start. Opportunity for full time.
Flexible schedule (async work)
Long-term opportunity for the right person
