GoHighLevel (GHL) Automation & CRM Specialist

We’re looking for a GoHighLevel expert who can build and manage automations, workflows, pipelines, and CRM integrations for multiple service businesses (HVAC, local services, lead-gen funnels).

This role is hands-on, technical, and focused on execution, not theory
Core Responsibilities

Build & manage GHL automations and workflows

Create and optimize pipelines & opportunities

Connect websites, funnels, and forms to GHL

Integrate Facebook Lead Forms, Google Ads, websites

Set up SMS, email, voicemail drops, and triggers

Handle social media + CRM + website integrations

Troubleshoot automation & data flow issues

Organize leads, tags, custom fields, and stages

Ensure leads never get lost

Strong experience with GoHighLevel

Automation workflows & triggers

Pipelines & opportunity stages

LeadConnector / GHL forms


Facebook Lead Ads ? GHL

Website & funnel connections

Webhooks & basic API knowledge (bonus)

CRM logic & lead lifecycle understanding
