Job Description:
We are looking to hire two Customer Support Agents to manage customer relations for our Shopify stores. This role focuses on handling customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and managing disputes to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via
- Manage Shopify orders, including refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and delivery issues
- Handle chargebacks, disputes, and customer complaints
- Use customer support platforms such as Gorgias and Klaviyo to manage tickets and communication
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Requirements:
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer support
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and Klaviyo
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
